INERTIA: SEVEN PRINCIPLES OF LEADERSHIP IN MOTION
Published 2009
In INERTIA: Seven Principles of Leadership in Motion, Brandon explains how the physical laws of inertia may be applied to dynamic, effective leadership. The heart of leadership lies in the leader’s ability to generate positive, forward motion in people’s lives and to continue to influence those people throughout their journey. Using a combination of pop-culture illustrations (everything from Battlestar Galactica to Frank Sinatra) and personal anecdotes, Brandon defines each of the seven Leadership Principles and explains how to apply them to one’s own life. The book is available at here on Amazon.com.
