E-Coaching
THE TRAINER
Brandon Walker is a personal fitness trainer, professional speaker, and author of the book INERTIA: Seven Principles of Leadership in Motion. He is certified through The Cooper Institute (CI-CPT) in Dallas, TX and has more than twelve years of experience in training, motivation, and leadership development. As a trainer, Brandon designs exercise programs for all ages and fitness levels.
THE ASSESSMENT
After your free initial consultation/fitness assessment (via phone,email, or video chat) Brandon will provide you with a detailed report explaining your current fitness level as well as a customized wellness plan based around your needs and schedule. Once the plan has been agreed upon, Brandon will begin the coaching process.
THE PROGRAM
Brandon's specialized individual coaching programs are built for YOU. Your body type, experience level, learning style, environment, and personal goals all factor into the process.
Coaching will take place at your convenience via your preferred method of communication.

Convenience: E-Coaching is designed for busy people. Whether you travel for a living or spend your days in the office, time-management is important to you. Brandon's E-Coaching programs are tailored to your schedule and lifestyle.
Expertise: Brandon has been in the coaching/training business for over twelve years. Simply put, he knows his stuff! As a professional communicator, Brandon knows how to explain concepts and plans in practical language that just makes sense.
Privacy: All of your information is 100% secure and private. Brandon will be the only person who ever sees or discusses your data.
Motivation: One of the biggest keys to fitness is having a supportive coach on your side; Someone who believes in you! Brandon's methods are always positive and encouraging. As your personal coach, Brandon will be available to help you every step of the way.
Affordability: Most good personal trainers charge at least $50 an hour and don't provide any of the specialized services Brandon provides with E-Coaching such as weekly meal plans and exclusive video/audio tutorials. E-Coaching is the affordable way to get and stay fit.
Availability: As an E-Coaching subscriber, you will always have access to coaching via phone, email, or video chat, especially at times when you need it most.
